We have verified that some units were shipped without this
lower wall trim properly sealed at the factory. Units that were not properly
sealed will eventually show signs of the lower wall trim pushing down
and exposing the bottom edge of the side wall. We have developed a lower
wall trim repair kit to replace the existing trim with a wider version
to correct this problem. We strongly encourage you to check your current
inventory for units showing signs of this potential problem and replace
the lower wall trim using the repair kit. Likewise, the repair kit should
be used to repair a customer's unit should they experience this problem.
The repair kit part number is 4716B1991.
A Flat Rate of 3.0 hours will be allowed
to install the repair kit.
