The purpose of this bulletin is to inform all dealers of important information pertaining to all Coleman folding trailers and Caravans.

Dealers are reminded that all new units must be properly stored to prevent unnecessary damage which will no longer be paid for under warranty. Tops must be latched down at all four corners and all doors should be latched and locked to prevent water and rodent damage. Units that are opened for display should be completely set-up with all tenting properly installed and velcroed into place. All doors and hatches should be kept closed and latched at all times.

Because of the deicing compounds that are frequently used on the highways during the winter months, we strongly encourage dealers to wash the exterior and undercarriage of all new units upon delivery. Unless removed immediately, these compounds can be very corrosive and quickly deteriorate the appearance of the product significantly.
